Manchester City won the Premier League title in the most dramatic of circumstances, beating Liverpool to it by a point after a 3-2 victory over Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa. In the beginning, it looked almost certain that the title was heading back to the Etihad Stadium, as Pedro Neto scored the opener for Wolves to peg Liverpool back.
Soon after, Liverpool equalized in stylish fashion, as Sadio Mane latched on to a precise through ball before slotting past Jose Sa with ease. The tide seemed to be turning towards Anfield just before the interval, with Matty Cash powering a bullet-header past Ederson to leave City reeling going into half-time.

Queue twenty minutes of Premier League drama that will surely go down in the history books.
Against all the odds, Manchester City clawed their way into the lead, as a close-range Ilkay Gundogan double and a sweet Rodri strike sandwiched in between took the Blues to the brink of title glory. The drama wasn't to end there, as Liverpool put increasing pressure on their opponents.
Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson were to drive Liverpool forward to a convincing victory with two late efforts, however, Manchester City take the crown of Premier League champions after an incredible second-half display. Pep Guardiola wins a second successive Premier League title, whilst Jurgen Klopp will hope his side can lick their wounds before their UEFA Champions League final against Real Madrid next weekend in Paris.
