  • An under-par Manchester United were frustrated at home to Leicester City with a 1-1 draw on Saturday night

  • The Red Devils were lacking energy in the first half as they struggled to open up Brendan Rodger's side

  • The Foxes took the lead in the second half as ex-Man City star Kelechi Iheanacho glanced in a header

  • But United hit back immediately as Brazilian midfielder Fred smashed home into the roof of the net

  • Leicester thought they had the lead again when James Maddison fired home but it was ruled out by VAR.

Manchester United continued to be hit by their Cristiano Ronaldo jinx' as they wasted an opportunity to close in on the top four. With Ronaldo ruled out through illness, the home side paid for a sluggish display to allow Leicester to snatch the lead after 63 minutes through Kelechi Iheanacho. And though Fred quickly levelled, a draw left Ralf Rangnick's three points behind their main Champions League rivals Arsenal who have played a couple of games less.
